Software Agreement

The software may be used free of charge for a 30 day trial period. If you have not downloaded and installed the software click here. After the trial period expires, it must be activated using a valid customer id and validation code which can be purchased from an authorized retailer. After purchasing the product, you receive a single customer id and validation code combination by email for use on a single computer. If you require to use the software on more than one computer, you must purchase a valid customer id and validation code combination for each computer. This agreement grants the purchaser of a single valid customer id and validation code combination a non-exclusive right to install and use this product on a single computer.

Privacy Policy

Any information submitted by the buyer will be used solely for the purpose of completing the transaction, delivering the product and addressing any customer service issues.

Return/Refund Policy

We (the supplier) offer a 30 day trial period of our software packages for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the product prior to purchase. Once activation codes have been issued, it is not possible for us to recall. Therefore, we (the supplier) cannot refund purchases where the activation codes have already been sent.

We (the supplier) shall not reduce the amount of a Refund on a Return or Cancellation by the assessment of a restocking fee or any other charge for any Return that occurs in accordance with the Return Policy or for any Chargeback that occurs in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
