Invoice Manager
Invoice Manager is a utility to create, manage and print invoices which also features a convenient customer database module, tax rates, discount, shipping, password security and a customizable logo, invoice header and footer.
The program allows the user to search for invoices by reference, by date, by customer and/or by ship to address.
Within each invoice, the free text items can be either normal or bold type and the system also allows you to reposition items. These features are particilarly useful if you want to create sections with bold titles in your invoice and gives you the flexibility to move lines from one section to another and reposition them.
When the invoice ready, the system saves it for later retrieval. You can select single or multiple invoice(s) and print or export to PDF. PDF files are compact and can be easily sent via emails.
